1. Strict selection at the door:
Our club is exclusive and consists of two subgroups: Entrepreneurs and Corporate. For the Entrepreneurs group, only experienced female entrepreneurs with a turnover of 150K+ are admitted, with 20% having a turnover of over a million. For the Corporate group, only senior management or C-level professionals with proven leadership skills are accepted. This ensures a high level of expertise and success within our club.
2. High-level masterminds:
Our focus is on results-driven masterminding, following a proven format. Four times a year, you can bring your business challenge to CEOs and top women who have overcome similar obstacles. You then have an advisory board of dozens of female leaders advising you, helping you make better decisions faster based on comparable cases.
3. Diverse network beyond the ‘bubble’:
We offer a unique network that represents a broad cross-section of entrepreneurial Netherlands and Belgium, with members from sectors such as Consulting, Financial Services, Legal Services, IT and Software Development, Marketing and Communication, and more. This gives members broader perspectives and innovative ideas beyond their own ‘bubble.’ We are all driven to help each other grow, and we all have extensive networks. Whenever you face a challenge, there’s always a solution within the network based on: “I want to help you” instead of “I want to profit from you.”
4. Leadership Circles for targeted growth:
Our Leadership Circles of 6-12 women help members rapidly develop in areas where they need the most growth and support, such as business financing, internationalization, event organizing, media exposure, using AI tools for business, etc. You will join a Circle which is applicable for the phase you’re in at this specific moment. In smaller groups, you meet to work strategically and pragmatically toward shared goals and gather best practices. The findings are presented to the entire club, ensuring that everyone quickly and effectively learns what is needed for their own growth. Practically speaking, what do you get?
- 4x mastermind meetings per year: We gather at unique locations in the Netherlands for an afternoon and evening full of mastermind sessions and hot seat sessions, including dinner, snacks, and drinks. You’ll receive valuable advice and help others with your expertise.
- 2x fun and challenging activities: These help you connect and step out of your comfort zone, pushing your boundaries both personally and professionally. At least twice a year, likely more often.
- Annual theme days and inspiration sessions: our areas of expertise complement one another, so you’ll learn a great deal from the other women, and that will give your business a real boost. For example, in 2025 we organised an additional leadership training. In 2026, innovation and investing are on the agenda.

When are the events planned?
At the heart of the Female Leaders Club are our community and masterminds. Four times a year, we gather at a beautiful venue with breakout rooms, giving female leaders the space to truly mastermind together. We end the day with dinner, our treat.
Twice a year we organise a fun activity and you’re invited (included). In addition, you’re welcome at two themed days (optional). Members also host their own events and gatherings. And of course, there are the Leadership Circles. In short: plenty of opportunities to connect.
You’ll find the events – and each other – inside our dedicated online environment.
Most women can’t make every date. That’s completely fine; we’ve even planned for that. Even if you attend just one in-person mastermind, the investment is already more than worth it because of the network. Can’t join one time? No worries.
